We offer two levels of recruiting service to fit your needs:

 

Executive Search- We recommend utilizing our executive search services for searches at the Director level and above.  We will perform the entire search cycle from developing the pool of candidates, assessing the talent, interviewing the finalists and creating and recommending a short list from you to choose from

 

Contingent Search- This works best for individual contributor positions.  For example if you are looking for an account executive we will provide you with a pool of viable candidates that meet your requirements and you will take over the process from there.  You only pay us if you hire one of our candidates
